2. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order:

• Add desired products to your cart.

• Confirm you’ve selected the correct size and color before checkout.

• Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

• Review your order and submit payment.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.

2.1 ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Inability to authorize payment

• Incorrect pricing or product description

• Shipping limitations

• Suspected fraudulent activity

Once your order is submitted, it may begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled. You may return the order after receipt if needed—see the Returns section below.

3. PRODUCT QUALITY & CARE

Please note:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or grain may occur due to the nature of leather and digital image representation.

• Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided on product labels. Lux Leather is not liable for damages due to improper handling or cleaning.

4. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Currency may adjust based on your location.

Lux Leather reserves the right to:

• Update prices at any time

• Modify or terminate promotions and discount codes without notice

All pricing at checkout reflects current rates and any applicable taxes based on your shipping destination.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

We ship globally from our fulfillment center in Pakistan.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Notes:

• Domestic U.S. orders typically do not incur customs or import duties under current U.S. De Minimis thresholds.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.

• Unpaid customs fees that result in the parcel being returned to us may result in shipping and handling fees deducted from your refund.

Delivery Restrictions:

• DHL cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or private residential addresses in Russia.

• Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur a reshipment fee.

Lux Leather is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Customs clearance issues

• Incorrect address input

• Courier delays

• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.

Exchanges:

• Available for size or color swaps, subject to inventory.

• We do not charge additional fees if the item’s price has increased since your purchase.

Refunds:

• Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

• Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Return Guidelines:

• All international returns must be clearly labeled as “Return” to avoid customs fees.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

• Returns received after 30 days, or those in worn/used condition, may be refused or returned to sender.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, trademarks, product names, and imagery used on this Website and product packaging are the property of Lux Leather. They may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
